Lamest. Post-ER plans. EVER.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Candace Cameron Bure recently told OK! Magazine that a Full House reunion is in the works. Apparently, John Stamos has been working on an idea for a show that catches up with two members of the Tanner clan -- D.J. and Stephanie as "young women."
Really, John Stamos? You're gonna have to do better than that.
A thousand different shows have hit the airwaves and rocked our world since Full House ended. You're gonna have to come up with a good gimmick in order to lure us in.
Here are 5 Tanner-ific ideas for a D.J./Stephanie reunion:
1. A combination between Will & Grace and The Parent Trap where D.J. and Stephanie try to set up Danny with Joey. Finally. After all these years, it's time these two make it official (Why else did they agree to live under one roof together for so long?).
2. D.J. and Stephanie hit the Big Apple and document their sexcapades with men in an online blog which becomes a national sensation. Disappointed and resentful, Danny is still back in SF, shaking his fist and forbidding the girls from seeing The Littlest Sealion 7 for at least three months.
3. Kimmy Gibbler dies tragically of cancer, leaving in her will all of her crazy possessions (including her roller skates from the Gibbler Family Roller Derby night) as well as her six illegitimate children from three different fathers. In her will, she also states that D.J. and Stephanie are to raise these children. It's a "Full House" all over again (get it, because that was the title of the original show!).
4. D.J. becomes a Guidance Counselor, Stephanie a Drama Teacher, and both end up working at the high school they used to attend. There, they encounter run-ins with former classmates and their kids like Kathy Santoni and her buxom twin daughters and Walter (The Fishface dude) and his alienated, nerd son.
5. D.J. and Stephanie take a trip to Hawaii, but end up. . .LOST -- on an unchartered island. There, they come in contact with their long lost father. . . JOHN POSEY!!!!
