Flashing. . .Knives, Knives, Knives!
Now that It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is done for the season, I think I might be ready to return to another FX show. It's time to see what Sean and Christian are up to (specifically -- whether Sean is alive!).
It's funny. I got bored with the last season of Nip/Tuck, especially after Portia de Rossi just disappeared off the face of the earth and/or show. However, with the new promo for season 6, I feel like I'm in the Mob or something. Just when I thought I could get out, they suck me back in!
Nip/Tuck has a way of effectively weaving pop music into a story like a seamstress. I can't listen to David Bowie's "Fame" without thinking of season 5's disturbing image of Sean being stabbed. Now, whenever I hear Kanye's "Flashing Lights," I think of dancing scapels.
